What was supposed to be a quick and quiet visit to the library turned into a three hour Halloween adventure today. Cookie decorating and eating, face painting, pumpkins, the whole deal. Thanks to the skilled hand of Sue the volunteer painter, James got his very first full sleeve temporary arm tattoo. He loved it.

James Gets a New Bike
Mark the date – today is the day that James got his first (two/four wheeled) bike. If his first ride is any indication, he’s going to have a happy life full of bike riding. Don’t tell James, but a few years from now, I expect that Luke will also be riding this sweet bike. Hope the color ages well!
We made our first trip of 2015 out to the dog park last weekend. While Frank had some fun, James definitely had a blast. Here’s a little snippet of him running through one of the many puddles that he found.
It’s a big day … and James wanted to take a minute to wish Poppa a Happy 70th … and eat a cupcake. The things you do for family! Happy birthday, Poppa!

Merry Christmas 2014! James is starting to get the hang of this Christmas thing on the third go-round. I’m guessing that he’ll be an expert … and won’t leave and gifts un-opened under the tree in 2015!

James, surely one of the fastest two year olds on the planet was showing off his stuff tonight. I hope he never loses that laugh!
