As usual, James was a good little eater, finishing everything we could manage to get in his mouth.

James is a crawling machine these days. Crawling isn’t enough though, he needs to carry things around with him, or push something, like this stool. He quickly goes from pushing the stool to using it as leverage to get up on his knees, or even try standing up. This guy is constantly on the move. Note the rosy red cheeks as well – they came and went in a matter of days, but may have been related to the emergence of his first teeth.

Not much narrative needed for these – our busy little boy is still spending lots of time crawling around and happily playing. He’s getting stronger, and is beginning to spend some time on all fours, rather than just doing his army crawl.

We’ve recently brought out a new thing for James – a multi-purpose booster chair/feeding table/play station that was a gift from my Uncle John and Aunt Mary. James loves it. When he’s crawling, he constantly finds it, and plays with the toys. It’s also his new favorite place to eat – I think Frank likes it too since it gives him an up-close view of the food that’s about to hit the floor.

After breakfast and a bottle, the little guy needed a nap.

James was happily playing with a balloon while chatting on Skype. He’s a multitasker.

For the record, this Halloween outfit was Michele’s choice, not mine. Regardless, James seemed to embrace it with his usual charm.

Our happy little fella was enjoying some time on the floor – as soon as he notices my camera, he comes straight for it, sticky fingers and all.
