Here are some photos from our week with James.

James is getting stronger and stronger, holding his head up high during tummy time. I think he knows that the stronger he gets, the sooner he gets onto (sort of) real food.

Though he still hasn’t really figured out what it’s all about, James is now big and strong enough that we can put him into the Exersaucer. I think that it’s just a matter of time before he really starts bouncing around and playing with the toys.

Always nice to see a happy Mom and baby together.

Time for some catch-up time – it’s been a while since I added any photos from my ‘good’ camera. They should be somewhat self-descriptive.

Thanks to Mae for taking this nice shot of James and I on Friday night. James is still okay with being held, but he likes to be facing out to see the world. I think he likes it when everybody tells him that he’s cute.

My boy is a Wisconsinite.

James surprised me with a cute gift for Father’s Day … a framed photo of him and an imprint of his ever-growing foot. Very thoughtful little guy. He surprised me even more by having his best sleep yet the following night, which was a great way to end my first Father’s Day. Thanks, James!
