We’ve had some great biking weather lately, so James and I have been able to do some two-wheeled commuting together. He’s still loving his helmet too, which makes things easier for me.

I saw this “Ice Cube Painting” hanging on the wall at daycare today.
Given how much James loves to eat ice cubes, it’s amazing they got him to paint with them.
Today was James’s first full day in his newest classroom. He’s back with friends, once again the youngest in his class. He’ll be walking and talking when he leaves this room. Here’s a blurry shot of him at the breakfast table.
James has been doing well at school (daycare) in his new classroom. Lots of new routines … and lots of new toys to play with.

Baby of the Month
James has received the prestigious “Baby of the Month” award at daycare. It basically means that he is now the oldest kid in class, and gets to have his photos on the wall outside the classroom. I think that he’s letting the award go to his head, as he has appointed himself the gatekeeper as well.
