James didn’t seem too impressed, but we were happy to introduce him to his new cousin, Mikey. Cute little fella. I think that James will come around once he learns that the little sleeping baby will grow up to be his snack, play and general mischief buddy. Mae and Steve are doing remarkably well in their first week of parenting – hang in there guys!

James enjoyed his first spring break. He split his time between Momma Michele and Lola Elma. Here are a few of Michele’s photos from the week.
Spring break finished off at Mae and Steve’s with a bit of time on the piano.
Nothing like some really good Chinese food for brunch. James is mastering the one chopstick food smash and grab.
James really seemed to be enjoying serving himself some white rice at dinner tonight. It was surprising to see that he didn’t end up with any grains of rice stuck to his cheek. Maybe that Racadio gene isn’t as strong as some of the others.
James was along for the fun when we went to Centro Cafe for any early celebration of Michele’s birthday. He had fun, even if his high chair was a bit lower than the table.
After a good trip to the dog park, James snoozed in his car seat until we got home.
Today was a big day for James – he had his first official haircut. It ended up being more of a trim than a haircut, but things did end up looking a bit tidier when it was all said and done. Here’s a “Before” shot with Michele, and an “After” shot with Stephanie, Michele’s hairstylist.
